The single best feeling in real estate is when one of your clients makes a point of telling you how much they appreciate your help in making one of the best decisions of their lives. I’ve had this happen numerous times, and believe me, it never gets old!
I know first-hand what a special place Landfall is. I owned a home here for 10 years, and my two daughters grew up here and absolutely loved the great lifestyle and amenities. My girls enjoyed all the offerings of the club including the Kid’s Club activities, Camp Landfall, the expansive gym and pool amenities as well as the world class golf and tennis facilities. I’m always excited to tell new families about this wonderful community and to help them begin a new chapter of their lives at Landfall.

My children are now out of the nest – one graduated from Ole Miss and is currently serving in the US Army, and one is a Senior at the University of South Carolina. My husband graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, and my father graduated from the US Naval Academy, so the military was a natural choice for my oldest son.
I have 30 years of real estate experience, and I have spent several of those specializing in relocation. I truly enjoy helping both buyers and sellers and I would be happy to assist you with your real estate needs as well!

For those seeking the country club lifestyle, I can help navigate both your club and home needs as I have intimate knowledge of the many membership options and can help you get involved with a group of new friends with similar interests.
My husband Andy and I have two girls; Lauren (23) and Taylor (12) along with one crazy dog, Maui. Our family enjoys Wilmington to its fullest- boating, learning about sea life while stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking, attending all the fun activities at UNCW, and visiting historic downtown… just to name a few. Wilmington is a wonderful place to relocate, retire or raise a family, and there is truly something for everyone of every age.
I look forward to working together to find the new home or 2nd home of your dreams.

As a true Wilmingtonian, born and raised in this beautiful city, I have been extremely fortunate to call Wilmington HOME my entire life. Fresh out of UNCW’s Commercial Recreation department in 1996, I began my Landfall career at the Drysdale Sports Center. Being an avid outdoorsman and lover of all things that involve the beach, staying in Wilmington was an easy decision for me. Meeting new people, enjoying the diversity of Landfall’s residents and sharing my love of Wilmington and the Landfall community all came easy. After 20 years with the Country Club of Landfall and many lifelong relationships established, I found myself ready for a new adventure. The family at Landfall Realty, all of which I’ve known and worked along side for many years, welcomed me with open arms.
My husband, Stan, and I have one daughter, Briley Rascoe, a son in law, Raggs Rascoe, and two grandchildren, Briar (6) and Charlie (4) along with the queen of the family, Mrs. Pearl (12) our beloved chocolate lab. My family shares a love for boating, fishing, attending UNCW baseball games and dining out at one of the many amazing restaurants Wilmington has to offer.
My positive outlook and unparalleled enthusiasm coupled with my history and knowledge of Landfall and its amazing country club lifestyle promises to make your decision process an easy one. If you’re considering making a move but not quite sure where to start, please give me a call. I’d love to show you around my home town!
