After a recent move, I needed to sell the home I bought 25 years ago. Becky Spivey of Landfall Realty was our realtor and I could not imagine a better experience. When selecting a realtor to list our home, we did consider some other options, including larger, maybe more visible options. But when it came down to making the call, we decided to go with those we knew and felt we would be comfortable with i.e, Alison Bernhart and Kelli Lazzaro. We were not disappointed, as they handled every details and issue. It was a real bonus to have Frank Bernhart as part of our support regarding inspection issues that arose. I doubt if any other realtor would have offered that. Please share comments on a job very well done!
