When selecting a realtor to list our home, we did consider some other options, including larger, maybe more visible options. But when it came down to making the call, we decided to go with those we knew and felt we would be comfortable with i.e, Alison Bernhart and Kelli Lazzaro. We were not disappointed, as they handled every details and issue. It was a real bonus to have Frank Bernhart as part of our support regarding inspection issues that arose.
