After moving to Landfall in 1990 from Alexandria, Virginia, I was excited to begin working at Landfall. With my love of southern classic homes, Landfall provided the perfect venue for helping friends and customers from all over the United States develop their dream home here in Coastal North Carolina. My husband and I always knew that we would end up at Wrightsville Beach, a childhood vacation spot for my family beginning in the early 1950’s. After looking at Landfall, we realized that Landfall offered the best of all worlds, close to the beach, but in a more permanent home community and a wonderful place to raise our daughter. The beautiful and unique architectural styles found here have expanded the Landfall community far beyond just a charming traditional neighborhood. My spare time is spent entertaining, decorating, shopping for treasures, and enjoying our New York City grandchildren, Chase and Molly. My community endeavors have included the Landfall Architectural Review Board, teaching a real estate class at UNCW’s Cameron School of business, a term on the Wilmington Board of Realtors, membership in the Women’s Impact Network organization, and other community related events.

My association with Landfall dates back to the early 1990’s, shortly after the community’s founding. Fresh out of UNC-Wilmington, I was hired as Sports Coordinator at The Drysdale Sports Center. I worked there for almost 4 years, later joining the Landfall Realty team where I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families fulfill their dreams at one of the country’s premier private communities for the past 22 years.

The single best feeling in real estate is when one of your clients makes a point of telling you how much they appreciate your help in making one of the best decisions of their lives. I’ve had this happen numerous times, and believe me, it never gets old!

I know first-hand what a special place Landfall is. I owned a home here for 10 years, and my two daughters grew up here and absolutely loved the great lifestyle and amenities. My girls enjoyed all the offerings of the club including the Kid’s Club activities, Camp Landfall, the expansive gym and pool amenities as well as the world class golf and tennis facilities. I’m always excited to tell new families about this wonderful community and to help them begin a new chapter of their lives at Landfall.

As a North Carolina native, I loved spending my summers here on the coast. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, I lived in the Washington, DC area, where life was busy and fun. I was thrilled to be able to move home to Wilmington in 1991! My husband and I settled in Landfall in the mid 1990’s, and we have been tremendously happy here. Vibrant young families as well as many working and retired residents provided us with the wonderfully diverse neighborhood we were looking for. Our children and their friends played outside, rode their bikes, fished in the ponds and explored the nature trails. Our entire family enjoys spending time in our boat, at the beach, and playing golf and tennis at the Country Club.

I have over 30 years of real estate experience, and I have spent several of those specializing in relocation. I truly enjoy helping both buyers and sellers and I would be happy to assist you with your real estate needs as well!

A Massachusetts girl by birth, Wilmington has been home for more than 30 years. I fell in love with the city while attending UNCW. After graduating in 1991, I moved around the country for a handful of different jobs always knowing that I wanted to move back to Wilmington for its exceptional lifestyle. I got my wish in 1997 and returned as a sales and marketing director for a private country club. This role was followed by 15 years at the Country Club of Landfall where residents of Landfall know me for being energetic, hard-working and results driven. These are the same traits that paved the way for a smooth transition into real estate at Landfall Realty.

For those seeking the country club lifestyle, I can help navigate both your club and home needs as I have intimate knowledge of the many membership options and can help you get involved with a group of new friends with similar interests.

My husband Andy and I have two girls; Lauren (25) and Taylor (14) along with one crazy dog, Maui. Our family enjoys Wilmington to its fullest- boating, learning about sea life while stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking, attending all the fun activities at UNCW, and visiting historic downtown… just to name a few. Wilmington is a wonderful place to relocate, retire or raise a family, and there is truly something for everyone of every age.

I look forward to working together to find the new home or 2nd home of your dreams.

As a true Wilmingtonian, born and raised in this beautiful city, I have been extremely fortunate to call Wilmington HOME my entire life. Having studied Commercial Recreation at UNCW, it was only fitting to start my career at the Drysdale Sports Center, under the watchful eye of the great, Cliff Drysdale. Being an avid outdoorsman and lover of all things that involve the beach, staying in Wilmington was an easy decision for me. Meeting new people, enjoying the diversity of Landfall’s residents and sharing my love of Wilmington and the Landfall community all came easy. After 20 years with the Country Club of Landfall and many lifelong relationships established, I found myself ready for a new adventure. The family at Landfall Realty, all of which I’ve known and worked along side for many years, welcomed me with open arms.

My husband, Stan, and I have one daughter, Briley Rascoe, and two grandchildren, Briar (7) and Charlie (5) along with the baby of the family, Chance Johnson (2) our charcoal lab. My family shares a love for boating, fishing, attending UNCW baseball games and dining out at one of the many amazing restaurants Wilmington has to offer.

My positive outlook and unparalleled enthusiasm coupled with my history and knowledge of Landfall and its amazing country club lifestyle promises to make your decision process an easy one. If you’re considering making a move but not quite sure where to start, please give me a call. I’d love to show you around my home town!

Born in North Carolina, raised in Columbus County and a Wilmington native for over 40 years, it’s safe to say this is home to me. I lived in a beautiful 100-year-old home in the Forest Hills area for over 20 years and decided I wanted a home that wasn’t an antique. I had grown to enjoy visiting family and friends in Landfall. I could live anywhere in the area, but when I began to look, Landfall just seemed like the natural choice. I purchased a waterfront home in 2019. I wake up every day looking forward to opening my bedroom drapes to let the sunshine and water views in! I am very happy here and can’t imagine living anywhere else. A collector of new and antique cars and trucks, I bought my first car before I was 16 with money earned from part-time jobs and my lawn mowing business. These days in addition to taking on home projects and doing my own yard work, I enjoy reading, drawing, painting and socializing with family and friends. With over 30 years of real estate experience, I gladly accepted Landfall Realty’s offer to join their team of excellent brokers and support personnel. The chance to work and live in the same community just felt right. I welcome the opportunity to work with my neighbors in Landfall.
