After moving to Landfall in 1990 from Alexandria, Virginia, I was excited to begin working at Landfall. With my love of southern classic homes, Landfall provided the perfect venue for helping friends and customers from all over the United States develop their dream home here in Coastal North Carolina. My husband and I always knew that we would end up at Wrightsville Beach, a childhood vacation spot for my family beginning in the early 1950’s. After looking at Landfall, we realized that Landfall offered the best of all worlds, close to the beach, but in a more permanent home community and a wonderful place to raise our daughter. The beautiful and unique architectural styles found here have expanded the Landfall community far beyond just a charming traditional neighborhood. My spare time is spent entertaining, decorating, shopping for treasures, and training Paddington, our chocolate Labrador retriever, and his younger twin, Lizzie, our 2 year old Jack Russell Terrier.

My community endeavors have included the Landfall Architectural Review Board, teaching a real estate class at UNCW’s Cameron School of business, a term on the Wilmington Board of Realtors and various committees and community events.

My wife and I are both North Carolina natives. After graduating from UNCW I knew I wanted to make Wilmington my home. After 25 years in the restaurant business, I changed careers and joined the staff at Landfall Associates in 1999.
Living in Landfall is great, but living and working in Landfall is even better. Even with our busy work schedules, I find the time to enjoy all the amenities the Port City has to offer. I am very involved in my church and I fish as much as possible. Over the years, many of our family members have moved to Wilmington. Now my wife and I feel like we have the best of all worlds.

My husband and I moved to Wilmington in 2002. I grew up in Rumson, New Jersey, and prior to our move, we were living in San Francisco, California. When we arrived in Wilmington, we knew this was the place to start our family. We lived in several different locations in Wilmington and now that we live in Landfall, we are truly home. All of our favorite pastimes are within minutes: boating, shopping, fine and casual dining, biking, golfing, tennis, and the beach. Whenever we are out on the boat with our daughters, we all agree that we live in paradise! People come here to vacation and we are lucky to call this home.

Upon graduating from UNCW in 1991, I obtained a position as Sports Coordinator for the Landfall Sports Center. I enjoyed the interaction with the members and developed close relationships with many residents. In 2001, I was fortunate to be offered a sales associate position with Landfall Realty. I have enjoyed uniting people of various backgrounds and experiences with their new friends in the community. After years of helping customers and friends experience new lifestyles in the Landfall neighborhood, my family and I purchased a home in Landfall in 2005.
My husband and I enjoy the lifestyle that Wilmington offers us and our two daughters. In my spare time, I perform with Forward Motion Dance Company, volunteer for local charities and take pilates classes at the Sports Center

As a North Carolina native, I loved spending my summers here on the coast while growing up. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, I lived in the Washington, DC area, where life was busy and fun. I was thrilled to be able to move to Wilmington in 1991! My husband and I settled in Landfall in the mid 1990’s, and we have been tremendously happy here. Vibrant young families as well as many working and retired residents provided us with the wonderfully diverse neighborhood we were looking for. Our children and their friends safely play outside, ride their bikes, fish in the ponds, and explore the nature trails. The entire family looks forward to the many Landfall events that provide fun for all of us throughout the year, as well as spending time in our boat and at the beach, and playing golf and tennis at the Club.
I am very active in the Wilmington community with my children’s schools, teaching Sunday school, and serving on the Board of the Friends of UNCW. I have 20 years of real estate experience, and I have spent several of those specializing in relocation. I truly enjoy helping both buyers and sellers and would love to assist you with your real estate needs as well!

Originally from a small ski resort town in Vernon New Jersey, I grew up snow skiing and Bass fishing. I left there after High School to serve our amazing country as a United States Marine and was stationed in Kaneohe Bay Hawaii. After moving to Wilmington I began my real estate career. I understand what the demands and the emotional process of buying and selling can be. Living in the moment to provide superior service is my focus. Achieving the outcome of my customer’s complete satisfaction is my ultimate goal. As a former CEO and owner of a large local company I understand what it takes to push thru life’s unforeseen problems and to overcome them to achieve the goal. Multitasking, attention to detail and problem solving is an acquired thought process and one that comes naturally to me.
I enjoy boating with my 3 children and my wife on the weekends. My wife is my best friend and a Wilmington native. We believe in living a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the beautiful outdoors as much as possible.
I have an extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and subdivisions. I have worked as an on-site Broker for a gated waterfront community in Brunswick County for several years.
I have achieved the accomplishments of becoming one of the Elite Top Producers with Intracoastal Realty as well as a Top Gun with a national real estate firm.
I look forward to walking beside you on your real estate journey. We are sure to have a few good laughs and some great stories to tell.

A Massachusetts girl by birth, Wilmington has been home for more than 20 years. I fell in love with the city while attending UNCW. After graduating in 1991, I moved around the country for a handful of different jobs always knowing that I wanted to move back to Wilmington for its exceptional lifestyle. I got my wish in 1997 and returned as a sales and marketing director for a private country club. This role was followed by 15 years at the Country Club of Landfall where residents of Landfall know me for being energetic, hard-working and results driven. These are the same traits that paved the way for a smooth transition into real estate at Landfall Realty.
For those seeking the country club lifestyle, I can help navigate both your club and home needs as I have intimate knowledge of the many membership options and can help you get involved with a group of new friends with similar interests.
My husband Andy and I have two girls; Lauren (19) and Taylor (8) along with two crazy dogs, Maui and Tyler. Our family enjoys Wilmington to its fullest- boating, learning about sea life while stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking, attending all the fun activities at UNCW, and visiting historic downtown… just to name a few. Wilmington is a wonderful place to relocate, retire or raise a family, and there is truly something for everyone of every age.
I look forward to working together to find the new home or 2nd home of your dreams.
