Active and Lively Community Along the Intracoastal Waterway
The majority of Landfall residents take advantage of the Country Club of Landfall’s many membership options, from a championship golf course with great practice areas to a state-of-the-art exercise facility with 11 tennis courts and Olympic swimming pool.
Not a golfer or swimmer? Not a problem. Landfall Country Club amenities are seemingly endless, with groups including but not limited to bocce and knitting, and instructor-led exercise groups for yoga and Pilates.
Landfall’s volunteer committees, comprised of residents and club members, are brought together by their desire to enrich the lives of others. They do an excellent job planning a plethora of fun social fundraising events for local nonprofits, and make a huge difference in the Greater Wilmington Community.
Members and non-members alike enjoy organizations exclusive to Landfall residents, including the Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) organized by FEMA, and the The Great Oaks Club.
“The Landfall lifestyle provides everything that is important to my wife and me. Landfall is a safe, friendly neighborhood with a great location. Great restaurants, shopping and the beach are all within a mile. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.”

“Landfall is not only my home but also my playground, and I even have the privilege of working here! My family and I love to escape to Landfall Lake for a peaceful walk or run. You can lose yourself in the surrounding beauty. We also often head out on our boat or meet friends at the Club for a swim. Landfall is a great place to raise a family; we all feel blessed to life here.”
