6 728 Gunnery Court

Description

Among the most unique homesites currently available on Bald Head Island, this exceptional golf course lot offers a combination of privacy, protection, and location that is increasingly difficult to find. Situated on quiet Gunnery Court overlooking the 2nd green of the Bald Head Island Club golf course, the property enjoys a rare setting enhanced by a protected dune ridge across the street--ensuring no future development directly opposite the homesite. This natural buffer creates an uncommon sense of seclusion while preserving the beauty of the surrounding maritime forest. Located in an X Flood Zone, the property provides an added measure of confidence for future construction and ownership. The homesite's central island location offers convenient access to the Club, marina, beaches, and island amenities while maintaining a peaceful residential atmosphere. Opportunities to build on golf course frontage with this level of privacy and natural protection are increasingly limited, making this an outstanding setting for a custom coastal retreat.
