Venture Homes
Venture Homes is a North Carolina Limited Partnership formed by principal, John Lancaster. John’s love for homebuilding led him to begin land development and residential construction in the Raleigh area in 1997 where he developed over 30 subdivisions of single family and multi-family homes. In addition to these projects, John became active in the Wilmington commercial construction scene. In 2000, John completed a number of spec homes throughout Wilmington including over 50 residences in the Landfall community. Venture Homes looks forward to developing more custom homes in Helmsdale II.
Mark Johnson Custom Homes
Mark and Meredith Johnson founded Mark Johnson Custom Homes in 2005, and since then have built or remodeled more than 75 homes in Landfall. In the process, they’ve been awarded nationally and locally for their high standards of quality, craftsmanship and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kirk Pigford Homes, LLC is a family owned and operated home building and remodeling company with over 80 years of combined construction experience between owners, Kirk and Luanne Pigford, and their two sons, Carter and Bradley.
