As a North Carolina native, I loved spending my summers here on the coast. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, I lived in the Washington, DC area, where life was busy and fun. I was thrilled to be able to move home to Wilmington in 1991! My husband and I settled in Landfall in the mid 1990’s, and we have been tremendously happy here. Vibrant young families as well as many working and retired residents provided us with the wonderfully diverse neighborhood we were looking for. Our children and their friends played outside, rode their bikes, fished in the ponds and explored the nature trails. Our entire family enjoys spending time in our boat, at the beach, and playing golf and tennis at the Country Club.
