My association with Landfall dates back to the early 1990’s, shortly after the community’s founding. Fresh out of UNC-Wilmington, I was hired as Sports Coordinator at The Drysdale Sports Center. I worked there for almost 4 years, later joining the Landfall Realty team where I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families fulfill their dreams at one of the country’s premier private communities for the past 23 years.
The single best feeling in real estate is when one of your clients makes a point of telling you how much they appreciate your help in making one of the best decisions of their lives. I’ve had this happen numerous times, and believe me, it never gets old!
I know first-hand what a special place Landfall is. I owned a home here for 10 years, and my two daughters grew up here and absolutely loved the great lifestyle and amenities. My girls enjoyed all the offerings of the club including the Kid’s Club activities, Camp Landfall, the expansive gym and pool amenities as well as the world class golf and tennis facilities. I’m always excited to tell new families about this wonderful community and to help them begin a new chapter of their lives at Landfall.
