The Landfall Foundation Gala: Havana Nights

HN_web

Havana Nights is the theme this year for the 20th Annual Landfall Foundation Gala! The event is this Saturday, April 2nd, at the Country Club of Landfall at 6:00pm. Patrons will spend the evening at the Cuban theme party, which is set in the 1950’s, enjoying the Caribbean décor, Latin food, and specialty drinks. There will also be percussion and dance performances, followed by the popular band Jack Jack 180. Ken Beasley will be leading the live auction, with opportunities to bid on fabulous dinners, amazing trips, jewelry, and more.

Proceeds from the gala benefit the Landfall Foundation with grants that go to deserving charities in the Wilmington area. Grants totaling $360,000 were distributed last year from the foundation to 78 local non-profit organizations. In the past 20 years the Landfall Foundation has donated over $3.4 million through individual and capital grants, and scholarships.

Come enjoy a memorable night in 1950’s Cuba and help a worthwhile cause give back to the local community! To become a sponsor or purchase tickets visit their website http://landfallfoundation.org/gala_signup.html.
