Landfall NC property owners and Country Club of Landfall members anxiously await the July Fourth activities planned for the weekend. Friday, July 3, dinner will be served at the Landfall Clubhouse before the big fireworks show that blasts off at 9:15. Saturday, July 4, is jammed packed with festivities for everyone! A 5K run/2K walk is scheduled to start off the day at 7:30am. Afterwards, kids’ games will be set up at the soccer field and continue until the soft ball game begins at 11:45. Poolside will be rocking with DJ music, games, and a hot dog/hamburger cookout. At 3:30 spectators line the streets of Landfall as the Motor Vehicle Parade passes by on its way to the clubhouse for the Flag Raising Ceremony held in front of the Landfall Clubhouse with special guests, Uncle Sam, Miss Liberty and the Landfall Color Guard. The day ends with a delicious old-fashioned cookout with all your American favorites… A fabulous way to socialize with friends and celebrate our independence in style!!
